Yes it’s a £150 refundable deposit. The deposit is returned within 72 hrs after checkout.
Yes we allow take-aways and small deliveries during your stay. Please be aware that for larger items we would ask that you inform us prior to ordering. We cannot accept any responsibility for items that arrive before or after your stay.
We allow free cancellation up to 30 days prior to check-in.
Between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in we retain 50% of the booking amount.
If canceled less than 7 days from check-in we retain the full booking amount.
We advise you to have travel insurance in place to cover such eventuality.
