You simply step outside for a few seconds to move between your cosy lounge/sleeping quarters and your private spa hub (housing a hot tub, sauna, and multiple Smart TVs). The ultimate short circuit-breaker.

Interaction

We respect your privacy completely to let you enjoy your spa reset undisturbed. We operate a contactless self-check-in process via secure key boxes at the property. While you will be left entirely to your own devices, our team is local and are easily reachable via the booking platform messaging system or by phone if you have any questions during your stay.

The Entrance: Entry to the facilities is through a well-illuminated alley, guiding you securely to the rear entrance of the property.

Contactless Entry: Enjoy total privacy with our seamless self-check-in facility via secure key boxes at the property.

Private Indoor Spaces: Guests have 100% exclusive, private access to both Building 1 (Lounge/Bedroom) and Building 2 (Spa Room/Kitchenette/Bathroom). No other units or guests have access to these indoor structures. To get from your private lounge/sleeping quarters to your private spa and bathroom, you take a few steps outdoors across the garden path.

Shared Outdoor Spaces: The outdoor garden courtyard and the sheltered seating gazebo connecting the two buildings are shared social spaces open to other units on the property.

Off-Limits: The Loft Nest is strictly a seating/media lounge; it is not dressed, equipped, or permitted for sleeping use.

Space

A Unique Layout: Please note that if you are looking for a standard, traditional hotel layout, this property might not be the right fit for you. It is a one-of-a-kind setup split into two separate structures.

Building 1 (Private Lounge & Sleeping Area): A quiet, cozy indoor zone dedicated strictly to relaxing and sleeping, completely separate from the steam and humidity of the spa room. Features a large Smart TV and a practical double pull-out sofa bed prepared with clean linens and pillows. Includes a compact refreshment counter with a coffee machine, coffee pods, and tea bags. Please note: This building does not contain plumbing or bathroom facilities.

Building 2 (Private Spa Hub & Wet-Room): Located across the courtyard, this dedicated indoor wet-room houses your wellness and sanitary facilities. It features a private hydrotherapy hot tub, an authentic Finnish sauna, and neon mood lighting. Two Smart TVs are mounted and viewable directly from the hot tub. A basic kitchenette worktop is located here, equipped with hotplates, a microwave, an oven, and a mini-fridge. Contains the main walk-in shower and toilet.

The Mezzanine Loft Nest: Located 2.4m above the spa floor and accessed via a steep vertical ladder. This tight, low-clearance loft space has been transformed into a cushion-lined nook with a small compact Smart TV—it is the ideal, cozy escape to scroll on your phone, read, or stream a movie post-sauna.

By Train: Excellent regional rail links are located nearby down the valley floor. Aberdare Train Station is just a 12-minute drive away, and Pontypridd Train Station is a 19-minute drive away, providing smooth connections across South Wales and toward Cardiff.

By Bus & Taxi: Local bus routes run regularly along the main street just a short walk from the property, connecting you to neighbouring valley towns. Local taxi services operate across the area.

Car & Parking: Free, unrestricted on-street parking is widely available directly on the main road outside the property.
Strict Access Restriction: There is no private driveway. Bringing vehicles into the rear access alleyway for parking, idling, or loading is strictly prohibited at all times to keep the pathway clear for our neighbours and emergency services.

Notes

* Pre-Arrival Verification: Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions. We partner with ChargeAutomation to facilitate the pre-arrival information, ID checks, and security deposit hold.

* How the Security Deposit Works (Important): Please note that we do not charge your card for the security deposit. It is simply a temporary pre-authorisation hold (like when you check into a hotel). The funds are temporarily frozen by your bank, not taken from your account. When we release the hold after check-out, it will not show up as a refund/deposit on your statement—the original pending transaction will simply disappear, and the funds will become available again.

* Recommended Stay Length: Because of the unique, compact, indoor-outdoor layout, we highly recommend a maximum stay of 2 nights to enjoy the experience at its absolute best.

* Indoor-Outdoor Flow: You must step outside and walk across the shared garden courtyard to get from the sleeping lounge to the bathroom/spa building.

* Loft Nest Accessibility: Access to the media loft is via a steep vertical ladder. Due to low clearance and the ladder, it is not suitable for larger guests. Because heat rises from the spa facilities below, this nook gets very warm during the summer months. Accessing it to relax or scroll on your phone is entirely optional.

* Mobility Warning: Due to the indoor-outdoor layout and the steep ladder access to the loft nook, this property is not suitable for elderly guests or individuals with limited mobility.

* No Parties/Extra Visitors: To maintain the quiet wellness atmosphere and protect the spa equipment, occupancy is strictly limited to a maximum of 2 booked guests. No outside visitors are permitted on site.
