While you will be left entirely to your own devices, our team is local and easily reachable via the booking platform messaging system or by phone if you have any questions during your stay.

The Studio Entrance: Entry to the studio is through a well-illuminated alley, guiding you securely to the rear entrance of the property, where you will then walk down a steep flight of steps in the garden to enter.

Contactless Entry: Enjoy total privacy with our seamless self-check-in facility via secure key boxes at the property.

Private Indoor Spaces: Guests have 100% exclusive, private access to the entire Small Studio Suite (incorporating your bed, workstation, private shower-room, and kitchenette). No other units or guests have access to your indoor space.

Shared Outdoor Spaces: The communal garden courtyard boasts an illuminated gazebo with ample seating, providing a perfect sheltered spot for outdoor relaxation. This area is a shared social space open to other units on the property.

Off-Limits: Bringing vehicles into the rear access alleyway for parking, idling, or loading is strictly prohibited at all times.

A Unique Layout: Please note that if you are looking for a standard, traditional hotel layout, this property might not be the right fit for you. It is a compact, meticulously designed studio living area with a focus on modern utility.

The Main Living & Sleeping Area: Features one double bed prepared with clean linens. This is a tightly optimised, small-footprint space that includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a mounted SMART TV. While the space can accommodate two, please note there is only one bed, making this best suited for solo travellers or couples.

The Work & Dining Space: The kitchen space has a small dining area which doubles as a workstation, with power and USB points available for logging off shifts or charging devices.

The Kitchenette & Shower Room: Features a fully equipped, compact kitchenette worktop built to handle quick meals, pack lunches, and hot drinks, alongside a private, clean, full shower-room suite.

By Train: Excellent regional rail links are located nearby down the valley floor. Aberdare Train Station is just a 12-minute drive away, and Pontypridd Train Station is a 19-minute drive away, providing smooth connections across South Wales and toward Cardiff.

By Bus & Taxi: Local bus routes run regularly along the main street just a 3-4 minute walk from the property, connecting you conveniently to neighbouring valley destinations and amenities.

Car & Parking: Free, unrestricted on-street parking is widely available directly on the main road outside the property. There is no designated or reserved space for this unit.

Strict Access Restriction: There is no private driveway. Bringing vehicles into the rear access alleyway for parking, idling, or loading is strictly prohibited at all times to keep the pathway clear for our neighbors and emergency services. Please DO NOT park in the alleyway at the rear of the property.

* Pre-Arrival Verification: Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions. We partner with ChargeAutomation to facilitate the pre-arrival information, ID checks, and security deposit hold.

* How the Security Deposit Works (Important): Please note that we do not charge your card for the security deposit. It is simply a temporary pre-authorisation hold (like when you check into a hotel). The funds are temporarily frozen by your bank, not taken from your account. When we release the hold after check-out, it will not show up as a refund/deposit on your statement—the original pending transaction will simply disappear, and the funds will become available again.

* Compact Micro-Stay Layout: Because this is a deliberately small and tightly optimised studio suite, it is best suited for solo travellers or working teams of up to 2 guests max who need a straightforward, budget-friendly resting base.
Allergen-Free Environment: In an effort to settle our most sensitive guests and ensure a crisp, clean stay for every shift, we have created an allergen-free environment. This means there are no feathers, down, or fixed carpets.

* Acoustics & Sound Note: This studio is NOT fully soundproof, and some background noise from the surroundings is to be expected. If you are highly sensitive to sound or a very light sleeper, this space may not be your best match.

* Mobility & Step Warning: Accessing the studio requires navigating down a steep flight of steps in the garden. Due to these steep steps, this property is strictly not suitable for elderly guests or individuals with limited mobility.

* Optional Spa Room Add-On: Want to melt away the aches of a physical shift? Guests have the opportunity to request access to our on-site Private Spa Room (Hot Tub, Sauna, Shower, Smart TVs) via an extra separate bolt-on charge of £80 per day. Note: The Spa Room is sold independently of this studio. Access is strictly subject to availability and is NOT guaranteed. Please check availability with us prior to booking the studio to avoid disappointment.
